Our favorite day is when our clients arrive, suitcases in hand and eager to see their apartments, often for the first time. We joke that our happiest moments are when they cry -- with tears of joy, that is! We feel so fortunate to work with wonderful clients who have entrusted us to translate their dreams into reality, and have appreciated the time, effort and love that we've poured into the project. After dreaming about an apartment in Paris, Michael and Jackie finally got their dream home. But the one they found needed a complete renovation: “ Ann immediately saw the potential and suggested turning a small bedroom and living room into one large living/dining area, and swapping the kitchen and bathroom. It was absolutely the right call, and transformed the apartment completely.
“When we arrived to finally live in our new apartment it truly was magic. Ann Huff was instrumental in finding our incredible Paris apartment, acting as project manager for the complete redesign of the apartment, and acting as interior designer for the apartment.
Ann heard about this apartment, which checked all our boxes, before it officially came to market. She arranged for us to be the first people to see the apartment, and, with Jennifer from Paris Perfect, strategized with us on how to be the winning bidder, after extreme interest in the apartment.
Ann and the Huff Harrington team immediately set out a plan for renovating the apartment, which had beautiful bones, but had been untouched for over fifty years. They installed new flooring throughout, chose paint colors, and in conjunction with us chose all furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms were gut renovated, and a second shower room was cleverly designed behind a closet door. All work was performed by a group of consummate professionals, supervised closely by the Huff Harrington team.

I have been FaceTiming all my friends and family. Everyone is so impressed. I am too. …… Thank you again so much for making this space into this spectacular home. I’m still in awe. I think I smiled all week. …. I want to say again how thankful I am for this beautiful apartment. My family and I have absolutely loved being here, even with the melting temperatures! And I have to say, the air conditioning has been a lifesaver during this brutal heat wave.

We were introduced to Ann Huff after we purchased an apartment in Paris. We needed to renovate and not being permanent residents with barely passable French, that was challenging.
