This one started as pure vanilla with all the moldings, floors and walls devoid of interest.
The layout here was so convoluted that we had to take it all apart before we could figure out how to put it back together, and literally had to measure everything down to the millimeter to make sure it would work. And boy did it! We flipped it all completely, moved the kitchenout of the side, created two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and doubled the living space. The fun part was adding the molding, creating new doorways, finding gorgeous chandiers and mirrors and an 18th C mantel to bring it back to where it belonged.
